bool ntripSourceTableComplete	(	QByteArrayView	body,
		qsizetype	checkedSize = 0
	)

True once an ENDSOURCETABLE line arrives, with CRLF, LF, or no final line ending. When the first checkedSize bytes were already checked, only a terminator that may have completed since is searched for.
